What’s happening in the next wee while?
I have this year had the privilege of directing Wicked for Tauranga Music Theatre – and what a privilege it was!
And I’m thrilled to be directing Charlie and the Chocolate Factory at New Plymouth Operatic Society – on stage July 2027! Check back for more updates throughout the year!
I’m looking to set up some workshops in Auckland and maybe other areas of NZ – stay tuned!
Also – as Development Director for The Amici Trust I will be helping with a number of their initiatives.
We have just presented a series of five workshops throughout the month of August, as well as helping a small primary school in Mangere Bridge with their first ever major production – Moana Jnr – which was on stage in September – very successful and a great opportunity for all of those children!
Also this year we launched the first of a new innovation – The Directors Connection – a networking event specifically for Directors of Plays and musicals. The numbers were small for the first one but it was well received and so we are sure to do another one in 2027! Stay tuned!
